Rotating Bowl Drum Parts
All parts and components contacting materials are manufactured from stainless steel, effectively minimizing corrosion from separated materials and meeting stringent food hygiene requirements.
Drum Assembly
The drum is the core component responsible for material separation, rotating at high speed as the heart of the separator. Each separator bowl undergoes precise dynamic balancing for stable operation with minimal vibration and noise.
Shaft System
The vertical shaft transmits power and is equipped with speed step-up gear and high-speed rotating components. The cross shaft transfers motor power to the vertical shaft and main drum parts.
Equipment Base
The underframe provides primary support for the entire separator and connects to the base. All four supporting feet feature damping rubber pads that effectively isolate vibration between the separator and building structure.
PLC Control Box
The separator includes an automatic control cabinet featuring industrial computer systems and auto overload protection. This highly automated system adapts well to process changes, is easily adjustable, and significantly reduces operational labor requirements.
